Come Unto Me

Those wonderful words were often spoken by Jesus. They are His loving words of invitation to all of us. There are many things we cannot get from anyone else.

John 14:1: Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

1 Timothy 2:5: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

We must first come to Him for salvation and once we have come to Him for that He will supply every other need.

Philippians 4:19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

2 Peter 1:3: According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Psalms 84:11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

Matthew 11:28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 16:24: Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Matthew 19:14: But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 19:21: Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

Mark 1:17: And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

Mark 10:21: Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

John 7:37: In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

Revelation 22:17: And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

John 6:37: All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Once we have come to Him for salvation there is never again a time when we cannot come to Him in prayer for He then lives in us and will never leave us.

Ephesians 3:17a: That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;

Hebrews 13:5: Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
